Professional Learning
To empower school leaders by delivering quality professional learning.
The New South Wales Primary Principals’ Association’s is committed to supporting and empowering principals to effectively lead and manage school communities from a diverse range of contexts. The Association responds to and supports school leaders as they address different challenges in rural, remote and metropolitan schools. The provision of quality professional learning will focus on the key aspects of a school leader’s work and take account of the full range of school contexts. Our programs aim to be authentic, evidence-informed and have high impact for the learner.
The New South Wales Primary Principals’ Association has built a reputation for the provision of world class professional learning through its current programs; the NSWPPA Principal Credential program, Art of Leadership and our work with Dr Adam Fraser and the Flourish Program.
